Prepare a New Menu Announcement Email

Use this workflow when the menu and launch date are ready. The browser builder helps arrange your facts into a draft; you review the result and handle sending in your own platform.

Practical guidance · Illustrative examples · Free local campaign builder

Put your own details to work.

Prepare an editable draft, review the facts, and copy or download it for your existing email platform. No sign-up required.

1. Collect the facts

2. Prepare one clear announcement

Put the change in the subject and add useful context in the preview. Introduce the new dishes in a short body, then give the reader one main next step.

If you use an image, use a real image you are entitled to publish. Check that the message still explains the change when images are not displayed. The builder should not invent dishes, discounts or a deadline.

3. Edit and check the draft

4. Move it into your sending platform

Copy the text into your platform editor or import HTML if your plan supports it. Complete the sender and unsubscribe footer there. The exported file does not create a subscriber list or send a campaign.

Send a test to an inbox you control. Check the result on a phone, including links and images. Only then select the intended subscribers and approve the send.

5. Decide whether a follow-up is needed

A new menu does not automatically need a reminder. If there is a real deadline or event, prepare a separate follow-up and check the audience again. Without booking data, neither this site nor a template can know who has already reserved.
