Before use: replace “this Thursday” with your confirmed date, verify the dish descriptions and add your real menu or booking link. Sample Kitchen is an illustrative name.
Why each part is there
- The subject identifies a specific change rather than promising a vague “exciting update.”
- The preview adds the next step rather than repeating the subject.
- The body gives enough menu information to help someone decide whether to click.
- The main action links to a useful destination. It does not imply that a click is a confirmed reservation.

Thanks for subscribing. We will share menu updates, upcoming events and occasional restaurant news. You can browse our current menu below, and you can unsubscribe using the link in each email. See you soon, The Sample Kitchen team
Primary button: Browse the current menu
This version explains the subscription rather than immediately pushing an offer. Match that promise to your real sign-up wording and sending practice.
Evaluate the email after sending
Keep the tested version and the platform’s report together. Clicks can show interest in a menu; they do not by themselves prove bookings or sales. If you compare two campaigns, note changes in audience, timing and offer before attributing the difference to the subject line.
